Although Black Doll conducts quality checks on all of our products prior to shipping, there may be an instance where an item gets damaged during the shipping process. Black Doll will cover the return shipping and reshipping cost of any damaged product received by customer. Return requests must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of product. Customers can request to cancel an order within 2 hours after placing an order only. Customers will receive a full refund for any items received in a damaged state. Refunds will be issued after the damaged item has been received by Black Doll. Return shipping of damaged products will be covered by Black Doll. Contact us for more information.
Black Doll provides a size chart for the products we sell on our website. Please review the size chart specifications prior to ordering. The size chart will provide the necessary information to help you choose the correct sized garment prior to placing your order. We do not offer refunds for orders placed and received that do not fit.
We allow products to be exchanged within 30 days of receipt. We will exchange a product only if the customer returns the unused product in the original packaging, along with any labels/tags attached as it were upon receipt. Product must not show any signs of wear, stains from deodorant or smell of perfume, cologne. Customer is responsible for shipping packages back to Black Doll and for shipping newly exchanged product from Black Doll back to customer.
